Brad and his partner were very polite professional and did an all around amazing job replacing my hot water tank. Brad made sure to communicate with me to let me know that he’d be arriving closer to the end of the 1 hour window he originally gave for my appointment. Turns out my pipes were auditioning for a horror movie. He showed up fast, diagnosed the problem without theatrics, explained everything in human language (no mysterious “trust me” nonsense), and fixed it like he’s been beefing with faulty plumbing his entire life. Pricing? Fair. Shockingly fair. No “since I’m already here” tax. No surprise charges. Just honest work and straight answers. Energy wise: calm, professional, good vibes only. The kind of person you don’t mind having in your house while your plumbing is exposed and your dignity is questionable. If you’re scrolling wondering “Is this the one?” yes. Stop scrolling. Call him. Your pipes will thank you. Your wallet will thank you. Your stress levels will immediately unclench. 10/10 would let him battle my plumbing demons again.
